Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.3.

Mail Client - Web UI
SPR# BLON4D5HCF - Prevent encrypting of all outgoing mail messages when only
one was set to be encrypted. [5.0.3] Supporting Information:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Compose a new mail message.
2. Enter an Internet address in the SendTo field (for example,
test.user@test.com).
3. Click the Delivery Options button.
4. Under the Security Options, check the field "Encrypt", and send the
message. The following dialog box displays:
5. The field "Encrypt" should be reset to "0" after pressing the "OK to Send"
button, but that does not happen, and you receive a Delivery Failure report.
Because the "Encrypt" field has the value of "1", the LMS does not deliver the
message.
